iHeir-YQ antimold and antibacterial agent is an efficient and non-toxic fungicide, which is suitable for paint, PU, latex paint, polymer emulsion, pigment slurry and various kinds of oil-based coatings. It can also be used to inhibit the breeding of bacteria and fungi in the production and storage of printing inks and other aqueous organic products. iHeir-YQ antimold and antibacterial agent has been widely used for the sterilization and mildew proof on the surface of paint film. A large number of experiments and practical applications have proved that iHeir-YQ has excellent bactericidal and anti-corrosion functions against acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene butyl ester and other copolymers. Besides, it has excellent compatibility with the organic and inorganic components in these products.

Recommended application method for iHeir-YQ
1. iHeir-YQ is supplied in the form of liquid, which is easy to mix. Experiments show that the bactericidal and anti-corrosion effect of iHeir-YQ will not be affected by different addition points. It can be added directly in the process of grinding or paint mixing. In order to ensure the uniform dispersion after the addition of iHeir-YQ, the emulsion and oil paint must be fully stirred (It is recommended to add 1-1.5%).
2. In combination with microbial capsule technology, the concentration of active ingredients in packaging materials depends on the size of the product or space.
Package and storage:
There are two specifications, that is 25kg and 160kg. Please keep at room temperature in a well-ventilated place. Do not use unlined metal containers to store iHeir-YQ. The product is stable for at least three years at ordinary storage temperature,.
